块煤掺配末煤防破碎试验研究及应用

The Anti-fracture Test Research and Application of Lump Coal Mixing with Small Coal

摘要: 通过全面分析煤炭洗选、运输过程中块精煤破碎的可能原因,提出了一整套降低破碎率的方法,给出了块煤掺配末煤理论比例的计算方法和计算公式。在选煤厂的实际运用中,发现在目前生产条件下,将末煤对块煤进行掺配,到港口或用户时再进行筛分分离,可以有效缓解块煤转载、运输过程中的破碎问题。工业试验表明,当末煤掺配比例20%时,块煤率可以提高19%,经济效益可观,对于提升煤炭洗选附加效益起到积极地作用。

Abstract: Through a comprehensive analysis the reason of lump coal breaking in the process of washing and transportation, this paper puts forward a whole set of methods to decrease the broken rate and gives the calculation method and formula of lump coal mixing with small coal. In the practical application of coal preparation plant, under the current production conditions, the problem of lump coal breaking in the process will be effectively relieved if the port or the user puts to use the theory of lump coal mixing with small coal. Industrial tests show that, when the small coal blending ratio of 20%, the lump coal rate can be increased by 19%.And also this method takes an active part in the promotion of coal washing's additional benefit.
